Lowland Outfitters provides much of the equipment you will need to catch yourself a dragon, however you will need to bring some of the things yourself.

  Depending on the time of year, you will need to make sure to bring enough water to stay hydrated out on the water.

  Fishing License

  You will need to buy a fishing license from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. Here is a link to their page, and you need to register and buy a Bay and Coastal Fishing License.
