For any of the standard services listed, we require a $100 deposit paid at the time of confirmation of a trip. Services that require more than one licensed guide will be a $100 deposit per licensed guide.

There will be a full refund of the deposit for a cancellation by the client more than two weeks before the trip. 50% refund for cancellation 14 days to 7 days before trip, and no refund for cancellation of 7 days or less.

Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the guide. Safety is held in high regard and is a top priority. In the event of a cancelation due to inclement weather, we will attempt to reschedule your trip for a future date. In the event that is not possible, we will provide you a 100% refund of the deposit.
